Sour red ale. The Aardnon is a blend in barrel of 30% Aardmonnik and 70% Pannepot Reserva (Château Margaux oak barrel aged).
First maturation took place in tanks. Second in St-Emilion Wine barrels, third took place in Bourbon barrels from Kentucky, of four years of barrel patience.
It has aged for 24 months on oak barrels and matured the last ten months on Calvados oak barrels, adding extra complexity to the beer.
